Returns and Refunds


If you need to make a return or exchange, you have 10 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date received. If the item has been in your possession more than 10 days, it will be considered used and we will not issue a refund or a  replacement. No exceptions.

If it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s) then we are unable to accept your return.

All returns must be send back to us in their original condition. Unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the Yasi sonic toothbrush box or product is damaged.

If your Yasi sonic toothbrush is damaged during transit to your address, please send us a picture to and one of our customer service team member will respond within 24 hours.

To complete your return, we require the specific reason for the return, a receipt or order ID and the shipping tracking number. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Replacement heads
Unless unopened, the replacement heads cannot be returned. They must be returned in original packaging unopened and unused. No exceptions.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
